..Are you ready?

Who doesn't love some good, healthy, delicious and nutritious dessert?

This recipe is one of my favourite recipes and help me feed my sugar cravings. Oh wait i forgot, it is one of my recipes which doesn't have banana in them. Although i love bananas, i have seen most of every healthy recipes including banana in them, (because they are great source of natural sweetener), so i always wanted to try one without them.. weird?

Let's get started on the recipe.

The ingredients are pretty simple:

1/2 cup of flour of choice (I recommend blending your oats at home)

3/4 cup of vanilla greek yogurt

2 tbsp milk of choice

1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder

3 tbsp of sweetener of choice (I use maple syrup)

1 scoop of protein powder (optional)

1 tsp baking powder

2 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Steps:

1. In a bowl mix all the above mentioned ingredients until you reach a smooth consistency.

2. Pre-heat your oven at 350 degrees F. Now, lightly grease your muffin tray with oil and evenly distribute your batter into six portions.

3. Bake them for about 15-20 mins. Let it cool and enjoy!

You can store these in an air-tight container in your refrigerator for up-to a week.

Pretty simple, right?

One last thing, it's not about the quantity but the quality (nutrition) in your food that counts.
